Biography
I am Matthew Hollis, a musician based in Peterborough, United Kingdom. I specialise in dance and house music production, DJ-ing, sound design, foley, music for game, music for media and remixing. I am also the man behind the house artist called Jacques Le Funk.
I was the founder of Matte Productions and The Groove School which received a lot of positive media coverage by the BBC, ITV, Heart FM, Citizen Newspaper, The Guardian and The Evening Telegraph to name a few.
This project allowed young people to learn about DJ-ing and Music production, express themselves creativity and get their point of view across through music; this project was later called upon to provide the same service to the Cambridgeshire Youth Offending service, Peterborough Young Peoples service and the charities Young Lives and YMCA.
